Powerful AI based on European values; that is what we need right now. Europe’s digital sovereignty is more important today than ever before. Politicians must be more courageous, businesses more creative, and society more curious — and perhaps we should all be a little more charismatic when we talk about Europe. Having grown up in Germany with roots in Romania and having studied in Italy, I am a passionate European and am therefore committed to Europe’s economic and digital future.

Public Relations & Affairs

I am a PR professional, hold a Ph.D. in linguistics, and am Chief Communications Officer of Noxtua, Europe’s Legal AI. In the past, I have advised tech giants such as Mozilla, Stack Overflow, and Open-Xchange at the international tech agency Ballou PR, and I have firsthand experience with the German mechanical engineering industry from my time at the global market leader ebm-papst.

Author & Speaker

In addition, I am an author and speaker. I discuss on- and off-stage European AI, Communications, language, power and politics in interviews, podcasts, live broadcasts, print and online media or moderate and play at classical concerts.

Linguistics, Politics, Media & Power

In my PhD thesis “Sprache – Macht – Revolution” (grade: summa cum laude), I analyzed the power of political language over worldviews and constructions of reality, using the Romanian Revolution of December 1989 as a case study. I studied German language and literature, Protestant theology, and classical archaeology at Ruprecht Karls University of Heidelberg and the Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata.” For these studies, I received scholarships from the German National Academic Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the Germany Foundation for Integration. The interplay between language, power, and the media is at the heart of my academic work, while the triad of digitalization, AI, and data protection forms the thematic focus of my professional work.
